Our in-house design team utilise the latest technology and draw from many years’ experience in the bespoke transport industry to deliver durable, strong and innovative design solutions to our customers. We have the capability to design a composite solution for a vast range of applications. From Frontline Ambulances, to refrigerated trucks and motorhomes, Omnipanel has been a proven, high performance building material which out-performs traditional construction methodology. By customising the design of the composite panel we can include a range of additional features:

• We can design the laminate to include such features as electrical conduit to run wires for lighting, switches and componentry.
• For enviroments requiring a very high thermal insulation we can use fibreglass protrusions unstead of aluminium framing which greately reduces any thermal bridging between interior and exterior skins.
• Strategicly designed aluminium framing can be used to strength the composite panels.
• For added durability and strength, plywood inserts can also be added. In the past we have included these in high use areas such as refrigerated trucks where a forklift may hit the walls often.
